AquaSoul ("we", "us", "our") operates aquasoulmusic.com. This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit or use the site, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We do not collect payment information. AquaSoul does not process payments directly — purchases made through our Etsy shop or Amazon links are handled entirely by Etsy and Amazon under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review separately.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4), which sets cookies to help us understand overall visitor behaviour. These cookies do not identify you as an individual. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies.
Embedded YouTube videos on this site may set their own cookies when played, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
AquaSoul contains affiliate links to Amazon and links to our Etsy shop. If you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave aquasoulmusic.com, your activity is governed by that third party's own privacy policy — we have no access to, or control over, information collected by Amazon, Etsy, or any other external site we link to.
If you subscribe to The Serenity Letters, your email address is used solely to send you that newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also ask us directly at any time to be removed — no questions asked, no delay.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Our contact and newsletter forms are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, and our site is hosted on Netlify — both of which maintain their own security standards for data in transit.
AquaSoul is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
This policy may be updated from time to time as the site evolves. Significant changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page. We'd encourage checking back occasionally, though we won't make changes that reduce your rights without making that clear.
