Choose the Right Time

Practice before sunrise for energy, or before bed for deep sleep. Even 5 minutes consistently is more powerful than an hour occasionally. Start small — 5 to 10 minutes daily and build from there.

Create Your Space

Sit or lie comfortably somewhere quiet. You don't need a special room or cushion. Your favourite chair, your bed, even your garden — anywhere you won't be disturbed for a few minutes.
