For Farid, that feeling was never a surprise. As a Pisces, water wasn't an element — it was language, home, medicine. From childhood, he noticed that music did the same thing water did: it moved through the body without asking permission. It arrived in the cells before the mind had a chance to respond.
Two things that needed no translation. Two things that worked on everyone, regardless of where they came from or what they believed.
The knowing arrived gradually, then all at once. That specific frequencies dissolve anxiety. That the sound of flowing water quiets an overactive mind within minutes. That the human body — 60% water — is quite literally designed to conduct healing sound.

Most recently Front of House Manager at Arnabeet, Seven Dials Market. A career built on reading rooms, reading people, and understanding what human beings actually need when they walk through a door.
