Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit. When our chakras are aligned they are turning, keeping our energy field balanced. When they become stuck — due to stress, trauma, or life's pressures — our energy field falls out of balance. By realigning our chakras, we restore the smooth flow of energy that supports our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Chakras are spinning wheels of energy located along the spine, governing your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Keeping them open and balanced allows energy to flow freely — removing blockages that cause stress and fatigue.
